Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to purchases made directly through the Fireline Fuel website. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Bulk/ Wholesale Policy: 

Wholesale and bulk orders are final sale and are not covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Refunds or replacements may be provided if Fireline Fuel ships the wrong product or if the product arrives materially damaged or defective.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and submit a claim through our contact form within five business days. Include your order details, photos, lot codes, and a description of the issue.
